Orders placed before 12.00 pm will be processed the same day, whereas those placed after this time, will be dispatched from our warehouse the following day. This does not include orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays.
The order date refers to the moment in which the order was submitted and confirmed on the website, whereas the shipping date refers to the moment in which the goods leave our warehouse and are taken over by the Courier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details and a reference/tracking number to track the shipping status of your order.
The shipments will only be successfully delivered if a valid email address was provided when completing the order. We also ask you to indicate the name or number found on the intercom (if applicable).
Upon delivery, you will be required to sign for the package(s): therefore, someone will need to be in to receive the goods. Otherwise, the courier will not be able to complete the delivery.
